Our focus is on organic olive farming: we grow our indigenous cultivar known as Moresca which allows to produce a fruity and slightly spicyextra virgin olive oil characterized by a high concentration of polyphenols and low acidity level.

Our olive groves extend along the hill slopes of Leonforte, in the inland areas of Sicily, where olive trees are grown according to the organic farming values, by using traditional techniques and methods handed down from father to son, banning fertilizers, pesticides and any other chemical. Our primary aim is creating a healthy product with outstanding nutritional and organoleptic properties, fully respecting the environment.
